What Is the Jet Plasma?
The Jet Plasma Pen is an extremely powerful device that penetrates plasma through the epidermis, into the dermal and subcutaneous layers of the skin. This penetration creates small channels in the skin, stimulating high levels of collagen and remodeling the cellular structure from the inside out - much like microneedling.
Plasma itself is a form of gas (think the atmosphere and stars), and uses a cooler temperature gas and helium to shrink and tighten the skin. This cooler temperature gas is ideal and does not cause surface trauma to the skin unlike traditional fibroblast technology which uses higher temperatures.
This device uses multiple types of plasma to address a variety of skin conditions. Jet Plasma works to tighten the skin, diminish wrinkles, fade hyperpigmentation, shrink pore size, treat acne, scarring, stretch marks, and aids in product absorption that otherwise would not be possible without needle injection. When Jet Plasma is mixed with oxide oxygen, ozone plasma is created. This is done inside the pen. Ozone Plasma is used to kill surface bacteria and is anti-inflammatory to aid in calming keratosis, eczema, and rosacea.

Improvements after 1 treatment may vary. If you see immediate improvement with one treatment, it’s important to understand that the skin will continue to improve as high levels of collagen regenerate over the next 6-8 weeks. A minimum series of 3 is recommended for best results.

Each appointment will start with a gentle cleanse (though please come with a clean face) and light microdermabrasion on face and neck. Once the skin is completely dry, your esthetician will start the treatment! The Jet Plasma Pen gently passes over the skin during the treatment and including stubborn areas such as baggy or dark under/over eyes and lips. After your treatment, your esthetician will go over aftercare and we will get you scheduled for your next session! These sessions work best when booked closely together so we recommend coming in a week later for your next appointment.
